Bethesda announced that version The Elder Scrolls Online for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series will be released on June 8 – along with the chapter “Black forest“(Which will appear on PC on June 1) and update 30.
At the same time, the project will be updated for free for owners of the game on PS4 and Xbox One.
Thanks to the technical specifications of the next generation consoles, we have been able to achieve impressive results in improving graphics and performance on these games consoles.
Among the main changes and improvements, the developers note:

- Improved reflections, shadows and anti-aliasing;
- Faster download times and more.
In addition, the prologue of the Black Forest chapter has become available in The Elder Scrolls Online – “Mortal hand“. Players will have two stories where they have to join forces with the dremora Lyranth and the forest elf Eveli Sharp Arrow and find out what the Daedric cult is up to.

Also, the developers have launched a free play period, which will last until April 13. On consoles, this requires a PS Plus or Xbox Live Gold subscription. In addition, there are up to 67% discounts on the game and the Greymour expansion.
