The developers of the mysterious game Abandoned revealed a partner studio – she helped Hideo Kojima with Death Stranding

On the official page Blue Box Game Studios in the social network Twitter there was a video with the founder of the studio NUARE by Leonid Yeninwho said he helps developers Abandoned with assets. The video immediately attracted the attention of the fan community. Silent Hill, who thinks that behind the mysterious PlayStation 5 game lies the relaunch of the cult series from Hideo Kojima

The point is that NUARE, like so much else in the story with Abandoned, also associated with Hideo Kojima. Fans have discovered that she most recently helped a Japanese game designer studio during development. Death stranding, about what it says on her official website.

What’s more, NUARE generally specializes in outsourcing AAA blockbusters, performing asset creation tasks for world-class teams such as Naughty dog, 343 Industries and Sucker Punch Productions… She put her hand to Halo infinite, Marvel’s avengers, The Last of Us Part II, Ghost of tsushima, Days gone, Spider-man and Destiny 2… And Blue Box Game Studios is positioned as a “small indie studio”. NUARE has never had any examples of working with such. The oddity is also that the Abandoned developers are not mentioned in the list of NUARE partners on the site.

Earlier this week, Blue Box Game Studios head Hassan Kahraman told Bloomberg journalist Jason Schreier that there are only ten people on his team on Abandoned, and the studio is working with “five or six outsourcing companies.” He claims to have a contract with Sony and support from private investors that cannot be disclosed.

Abandoned’s presentation is scheduled for June 25th.
