For the hit role-playing game Disco elysium from Estonian developers from the studio ZA / UM Out A curious update that optimizes the game for weak computer hardware.
Despite the fact that Disco Elysium does not stand out graphically, a patch called “working class” lowers the minimum system requirements to the level of a “calculator”, as observers note, so that the game can be run even on older laptops with a processor Intel Core 2 Duo.
The minimum system requirements are now as follows.:
- OS: Windows 7
- Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo
- RAM: 2 GB
- Video card: built-in or discrete video card (video memory – 512 MB)
- DirectX: Version 11
Moreover, the authors emphasized that even this is not the limit. Optimization will continue so that as many people as possible can get acquainted with the project.
Earlier we reported that the game will receive support for additional languages, including Russian. The premiere of versions for consoles is being prepared Xbox one, Playstation 4 and Nintendo switch.
