Studio Rockfish Games announced that the free demo of the space shooter Everspace 2 downloaded more than 90 thousand times. And 155 thousand players added the game to the to-do list Steam. The game achieved this success thanks to the successful completion of the first closed alpha test.
Everspace 2 hosted a campaign last year on Kickstarter, and in a fresh update, the creators of the game have provided the first details about the game’s second star system, Union. The first system, Ceto, serves to bring players up to date within the first ten hours. And the second reveals the world and the gameplay in all its glory.
Trade and smuggling play an important role in Union. But the security ships of the local influencer, Okkar, are monitoring all violations. If you do not have time to complete the illegal operation in time, you will have to choose: flee or fight the growing waves of opponents.
Closed beta testing of Everspace 2 will begin in the fall, and the game is going to be released to Steam Early Access in December. She will stay there until early 2023.
