Sony releases new PlayStation 5 firmware update to improve system performance

Sony has released a new firmware update Playstation 5… It is reported that the update weighs 868 MB and updates the console system software to version 20.02-02.25.00

According to the changelog, the update improves system performance, but it is not yet known if it addresses any of the known issues reported by early PS5 buyers

The previous update 20.02-02.20.00 was released on the day the console was launched and was also aimed at improving the operation of the console.

PlayStation 5 is currently available in North America, Japan and some other regions. The official launch of the console in Europe and Russia will take place 19th November
