At the moment, the Russian division Playstation does not plan to make any announcements regarding the increase in prices for their games, accessories and PlayStation 4 consoles. The company reported this in a comment GameMAG.ru.
Earlier today it became known that the Deluxe Edition of Final Fantasy VII Remake for the PlayStation 4 and the remake of Resident Evil 3 will go up in price. However, Sony is not involved in adjusting the cost of these products – they are distributed in our country by SoftKlab, which works directly with publishers of these games – Square enix and Capcom respectively.
In SoftKlab we were told that the increase in prices for the mentioned releases is due to the “general economic situation in the country and a sharp change in the exchange rate.” For other projects, the publisher is not ready to make any announcements. They are available now at the same price.
