Sony promised to return money to PlayStation 4 users for pre-order The Last of Us: Part II on the PlayStation Store

Company Sony Interactive Entertainment will return to users Playstation 4 pre-order money The Last of Us: Part II and Marvel’s Iron Man VR in Playstation store. Information about this appeared on the support page Playstation.

Recently, both games have been postponed indefinitely, as a result, sections dedicated to them in the PlayStation Store were deleted. Users began to demand explanations and urge the company to return their money.

In response, Sony said it would automatically return funds to all who managed to pre-order. This should happen within a few days.

“If you ordered these games, you will automatically receive your money back within the next few days. You do not need to contact us to start the refund procedure,” the message said.

The transfer of The Last of Us: Part II and Marvel’s Iron Man VR is due to market difficulties that have arisen amid the coronavirus pandemic. Sony has not yet been able to name even approximate release dates for these projects.
