Taiwanese rating agency assigns age classification to games Metal gear, Metal gear solid, Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance and collection Konami Collector’s Series: Castlevania and Contra for PC. The latter includes:
- Castlevania
- Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest
- Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse
- Contra
- Super C
Apparently, Konami is preparing to release a re-release of several of its classic titles at once.… It is unlikely that we are talking about full-fledged remakes or even remasters. Most likely, the games will simply be re-released on modern platforms with a minimum of changes.
The original Metal Gear was released for MSX 2 in July 1987. Metal Gear Solid launched on the first PlayStation in September 1998 and debuted on PC two years later. Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance is an enhanced version of Sons of Liberty. It appeared on the Xbox in November 2002, then became available on the PlayStation 2 in December of the same year, and reached the PC by March 2003.
Konami Collector’s Series: Castlevania and Contra was already out on PC in November 2002. Now games from this collection are available as part of Castlevania: Anniversary Collection and Contra: Anniversary Collection…
