Skyward Sword remaster became the best-selling game of July in the USA – Igromania

Analytical Firm NPD Group estimated that in July this year, spending by US gamers reached $ 4.6 billion, which is 10% more than a year earlier.

The content segment, which includes revenue from games for consoles, smartphones and PCs, as well as revenue from cloud gaming and subscription services, grew 6% to $ 4.1 billion.

The hardware segment, in turn, grew 98% to $ 323 million, while the accessories segment grew 11% to $ 189 million.
