Microsoft has reported on the success of the latest game in the line Microsoft Flight Simulator, which has existed for 38 years and is rightfully the most durable platform holder franchise.
According to the company, the number of pilots in the game currently exceeds the mark in two million people – the novelty reached such a bar faster than any of its predecessors.
Fan community made over fifty million flights and overcame over three and a half billion miles… This is equivalent to the fact that the pilots managed to ascend to the Sun and return to Earth 19 times, or flew around the world 400 thousand times.
The game should receive a virtual reality update today. The update will also add real snow and realistic ice cover of the planet to the project.
According to the creators of the simulator, 2023 will be a busy year in terms of support: the game will be released on Xbox Series X | S in the summer, three large updates and an expansion of the surrounding space by 4-5 times with additional world updates are planned.
