And now battle royale fans are encouraged to take part in competitions for nice prizes – in-game currency, thanks to which you can buy a fresh battle pass or some clothes for your legends.
The competition will last 10 days. During this time, the participants will have to shoot a video one of the tests, each of which is created around the innovations of the fresh season, and then upload it to YouTube, VKontakte or Instagram with a couple of hashtags #zafyuzvApex and #review addiction…
First challenge
Briefly: Win as Fuse – only use grenades during the match.
In detail: you cannot use standard weapons to participate in the first trial – the limitation does not apply to equipment such as shields and first aid kits. Thanks to his skills, Fuze can take two grenades into one compartment of the inventory, and he throws the shells themselves especially skillfully.
Also during the challenge, you can use other skills of the hero. Teammates play without restrictions.
Second challenge
During the match, visit 3 of the 4 Kings Canyon locations dedicated to battle royale legends like Octane, Crypto and Mirage: Octane’s Gauntlet, Crypto’s Map Room, Singh Labs and The Mirage Voyage.
And, of course, you have to survive as a result.
Third challenge
Become one of the top three using only the new 30-30 Repeater rifle, which was added at the beginning of Season 8 of the Royal Battle. Any clothing, shields and first aid kit can be used.
Fourth challenge
Cause at least 1500 HP of damage during a match as Fuse. You can track the amount of damage thanks to one of the innovations of Season 8 – now the interface displays the damage done to opponents during the current session.
Fifth challenge
Playing as Fuse, during the match you need to catch a total of five opponents in a ring of fire with the ultimate ability.
Now is the time to recall the key innovations of the 8th season of the royal battle:
- New Legend – Fuse. It has an additional slot for grenades, can launch a cluster grenade, which splits into several explosive charges upon collision, and also launch a bombardment (“Jackpot”) – after it, the area of impact is surrounded by a wall of fire.
- New weapon – “30-30 Repeater”. This heavy-ammo magazine lever rifle boasts enormous stopping power.
- Kings Canyon update… A ship collapsed on the map – now it is a key point of the area. Players can now explore beyond the Artillery, the Muddy Lakes have been replaced by the Spotted Lakes, and new lookout towers allow basic reconnaissance or sniper nests.
- Gold shops… After installing them, the weapon automatically reloads after a short pause – the volume of gold magazines that are available on light, heavy, sniper and energy weapons does not differ from purple ones.
- Damage counter… The interface now displays the amount of damage dealt during the match.
- Ammunition tagging… It is now possible to mark weapons or ammunition in the backpack to find out the current stock of ammunition and send the phrase “the player requires ammunition” to the quick chat.
