Publishing house Cygames announcedthat premiere of the new fighting game Granblue Fantasy Versus proved successful. Digital sales and shipments of boxed versions exceeded 150 thousand copies. At the same time, the game has so far been released only in Japan and Asia, its western release is yet to come.
Granblue Fantasy Versus has already become one of the main disciplines of the e-sports tournament Evolution Championship Series 2023to be held in Las Vegas from July 31 to August 2, 2023. The game entered the nine fighting games selected for the annual competition.
So far, the European publishing house Marvelous games did not announce the exact date for the European release of Granblue Fantasy Versus. It is only known that the game will be released in the first quarter of 2023. And in North America, fighting game will go on sale March 3 only on the PlayStation 4.
