Rumor: Sony is preparing a remaster of Bloodborne for PlayStation 5 and PC with support for 4K and 60FPS

French insider SoulsHunttalking about Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin before its official announcement, claims that Sony Interactive Entertainment prepares an updated version of the hardcore game Bloodborne for next generation console Playstation 5 and PC… The announcement is supposed to take place in the near future.

According to SoulsHunt, the remaster of Bloodborne will first be released on PlayStation 5, and already before the end of 2023, and only then will it please PC gamers… An insider called the re-release of the hardcore hit from the PlayStation 4 “ambitious” but stressed that it is not developed by FromSoftware or the Bluepoint Games team responsible for the Demon’s Souls remake

“The remaster will not only offer 4K and 60FPS – that’s for sure,” wrote SoulsHunt.

Finally, an insider claims Bloodborne won’t get a sequel… Studio FromSoftware is allegedly interested in creating new IPs and does not want to release sequels to old ones, even if they become successful.

FromSoftware itself is currently working on the game Elden ring
