Razer Huntsman Mini compact keyboard introduced – review

Peripheral manufacturer Razer introduced the first so-called 60 percent keyboard. This is a compact solution called Huntsman mini. It is devoid of a digital block, and the total number of buttons is minimized – about 60% of the number of such a typical keyboard.

For example, the keyboard is completely devoid of the F1-F12 function keys; therefore, it is obviously not applicable in games.

New uses Razer Clicky Optical Switch or Linear Optical Switch. They differ in the course of the keys and the effort to trigger. In the first case, the indicators are 1.5 mm and 45 grams, in the second – 1 mm and 40 grams.

Other features of the new items include an aluminum case, Razer Chroma backlight, the ability to disconnect the keyboard cable, and two body colors: white or black. The cost is 120 dollars (about 8500 rubles at the rate excluding taxes).
