Operators and TV channels cannot agree on free access to sites

Mobile operators and TV channels could not agree on a project for free access to sites. According to Kommersant, the operators do not have a complete list of IP addresses that should not be charged, and TV channels claim that there are no requirements for sites without video. By the way, such sites should be launched today.

At the same time, some television channels even refused to create copies of web resources without video. Among them is the National Media Group (NMG), which includes REN TV, Channel Five and STS Media.

And others – launched their versions of sites without streaming. These are TNT and TV-3 channels, Channel One and Star. In some cases, they place television programs, in others – links to Rutube.

From web services, they also entered VKontakte and Odnoklassniki. Yandex has not yet announced the launch of a “lite” portal and declined to comment.
