For comparison, Pokemon x / y and Pokemon sun / moon from Nintendo 3DS sold over the entire period of its existence in circulation of 16.44 and 16.18 million copies, respectively, and this was considered excellent performance.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the first Switch game to hit the 20 million bar. Now she’s almost 23 million. This is the most popular release on the platform.
