Today’s news confirms reports back in January that Waititi was invited by Disney to develop a new film about Star Wars. He also filmed the final episode of season one “Mandalorian“and voiced in the series droid IG-11. The tape has no release date and it is not known whether it is associated with the film based on Knights of the old republic or the project that the chapter deals with Marvel Studios Kevin Feigi. There are currently three nameless films in the Star Wars universe that are due out in December for Disney’s release schedule. 2022, 2024 and 2026 years.
Next year, Taika Waititi will be busy filming “Torah: Love and Thunder“. The fourth solo album of the god of thunder starts in movie theaters February 11, 2023.
