Naval battles, the Hundred Years War and the Abbasids in the trailers of Age of Empires 4 – review addiction

Creators Age of empires 4 recently published a number of new trailers for the future historical strategy. They refer to various aspects of the future game.

In the first video, we are introduced to one of the future parties, the Abbasid Caliphate. This state existed (intermittently) from 750 to 1258. Camel drivers will be a special unit for this civilization, and a special building will be the House of Wisdom, which Beit al-Hikma founded in Baghdad.

A separate trailer was dedicated to naval battles. As in previous parts of the game, battles will take place simultaneously on land and on water. And each nation will have its own special ships.

Finally, the third trailer is devoted to a series of armed conflicts, which have received the common historical name of the Hundred Years War. And in this campaign we have to join Zhanna d’Arc, who is not the first time she “visits” the games of the Age of Empires series.

Age of Empires 4 comes out on October 28th only on PC. Pre-order can already be placed in Steam for 2499 rubles or a store Microsoft for $ 60. Xbox Game Pass subscribers will be able to check it out for free.
