To run a project on a PC, you need a processor not worse than a Pentium G620, 8 GB of RAM, an Nvidia GTX 650 / AMD R7 250x video card or newer, and 15 gigabytes of free hard disk space.
Dlala is assisted in the creation of Battletoads by the English studio Rare, which released the original game in 1991.
