Megaquarium: Freshwater Frenzy add-on announced for mega-aquarium simulator – review

Studio Twice circled introduced the Deluxe extension to its strategic giant aquarium simulator Megaquarium. Paid supplement called Freshwater FrenzyThe creators have been working on it for the past nine months.

Freshwater Frenzy adds freshwater aquariums and their inhabitants to the game. During the special story campaign, players will be able to go through five levels, build seven new types of aquariums and place 30 freshwater fish in them.

In addition, a new opportunity appears – growing fry and creating hybrids. For each type of aquatic life, special conditions will be required for them to reproduce: the right water temperature, lighting, or special places for masonry.

Simultaneously with the addition, a free update of the main game will be released. It will add a number of new individuals and significantly improve game mechanics. There will be new requirements for care and feeding, the ability to change color and much more.

Megaquarium: Freshwater Frenzy will be released on PC June 4. Over time, it will reach the console versions.
