Mass Effect: Legendary Edition will receive a photo mode – the first details and example of possibilities

Studio BioWare confirmed one more feature of the collection Mass Effect: Legendary Edition… It’s about the photo mode, which was not in the original games of the trilogy.

As noted by the technical design director Brenon Holmes, the photomode will be available in all three games as an option via the pause screen of the on-board computer, which implies the ability to freely create pictures in the game, but not during cut-scenes

Legendary Edition Development Lead Mac Walters posted the first example of a screenshot with Garrus from the remaster of the first Mass Effect, created using the photo mode. There is no complete list of features at the moment, but you can see from the image that among them there will be at least the setting of the free camera, tilt angle and focal length, as well as the choice of filters… In this case, monochrome is used.

Mass Effect: Legendary Edition will be released on May 14th.
