Most multiplayer games in the universe Resident evil can hardly be called serious hits, but the company Capcom continues to try to promote the series in the multiplayer arena.
Enthusiasts studying internal documentation of Japanese developers stolen by hackers, found in it a mention of Resident Evil Village Online – the online mode of Resident Evil Village or a separate project in the setting of the upcoming horror… One way or another, they plan to actively develop it for at least a year. Capcom has already mapped out a plan to release new characters for Village Online (alternate working titles – Resident Evil 25th (Anniversary) Online Match and Resident Evil 25th Anniversary RE: VERSE), skins, costumes and boosters. The documents also note that Capcom is studying the success of popular Western games such as Fortnite, Apex legends and Call of Duty: Warzone… This suggests that Village Online will also become a battle royale, or at least will contain elements of this direction.
Presumably Resident Evil Village Online will also contain links to Resident evil revelations 3, which is supposedly to be announced in September 2023, and will receive related thematic content…
As for the main Resident Evil Village, which is due out in the spring of 2023, according to Capcom documents, this game has already been taken apart literally “into molecules.” Screenshots showing all the bosses, including the final one, and plot details, including the ending, are circulating on the network. Therefore, be very careful when reading the news about Resident Evil on sites, forums and social networks – the risk of catching a fatal spoiler is great.…
