Publisher Perp Games and independent studio Firesprite announced that the survivor The persistence will appear on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. This will happen in late spring 2023, and the publication Enhanced will be available both digitally and in a boxed edition.
In The Persistence Enhanced, the horror and tension should be intensified with improved lighting, the addition of ray tracing and a redesigned interface. The game will also support DualSense controller functionality on the PlayStation 5.
As we already know, a new VR headset is being developed for the PlayStation 5. The Persistence’s VR mode can be expected to noticeably improve only after its release.
The Persistence was released last spring on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC, and a boxed edition appeared in the summer. The game takes place in deep space, and we need to survive on a ship captured by monsters and be able to bring it home. In this case, in case of failure, the consciousness of the heroine moves to a clone or another crew member.
