The still unreleased Western action movie “Rio Bravo attack” with Alexander Nevsky in the lead role will be continued. The film was so liked by distributors at the international Cannes film market March du Film last month that Nevsky and the director Joe Cornet have already launched a sequel.
ETA Films, Hollywood Storm and San Rafael Productions are slated to begin filming Attack on Rio Bravo 2 this November.… Cornet will again act as a director, executive producer and will play the role of Sheriff Vernon Kelly, and the screenwriter of the first part Craig Hamann (“Showdown in Manila”) will return to write the story for a sequel. In addition to Nevsky and Kornet, the cast of the sequel will include Matthias Hughes (Angel of Darkness), Natalie Denis Shperl (Munk), supermodel Anna Oris and other stars of the original film, whose names have not yet been revealed.
“This will be my first sequel and I am thrilled to be able to direct another film with my friend Joe Cornet – the best director I have ever worked with!
