Publisher 505 Games and studio One more level signed an agreement to develop and release an action sequel Ghostrunner for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC.
In March of this year, the publishing house All In! Games sold the intellectual property rights to Ghostrunner to 505 Games for five million euros.
At the same time, the company Digital bros, which owns 505 Games, has doubled its investment in the development of Ghostrunner 2. The initial budget is five million euros.
It is also reported that the original Ghostrunner has sold 600,000 copies since its release in October 2023. By the end of the year, the release of versions for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series will take place.
