Company Netflix has officially announced the completion of filming for the second season of the series “Witcher“. In honor of this event, the streaming service has published a special video in which the showrunner of the project Lauren Schmidt Hissrich spoke about the large-scale production process in the context of the pandemic, and also shared small details of the new season.
In addition, the promo video is interesting in that it allows you to catch a glimpse behind the scenes of the filming process of the show and again see the leading actors in the person of Henry Cavill (Geralt), Freya Allan (Ciri) and Ani Chalotra (Yennefer) after a long breakup, and also catch a glimpse of the locations where the project was filmed.
As the authors of the series note, large-scale filming of the second season took place in 15 locations with the participation of 89 actors and 1200 crew members. It will be possible to evaluate the result of the work of a huge team in 2023.
In addition, a photo was published on the network with actor Henry Cavill in the image of Geralt of Rivia, in which he is holding a numbering clapper in his hand.
