Kazuha’s abilities

Guide: Genshin Impact - Kazuha. Best builds, weapons, artifacts

For Kazuhi’s support, priority is swinging the ult, then the elemental skill, and after the main attacks (pumping the latter is needed to increase the damage from attacks in the fall after the elemental skill). Of course, if desired, the hero can also be used as the main damage dealer, but we will analyze a more realistic and available to most players option of support / side damage.

Main Attack – Garyu Fencing Style

Normal attack – up to five quick blows with a sword.

Charged attack – two quick swings of the sword, for which a certain amount of stamina is spent.

Attack in the fall – promptly falls to the ground, attacking all enemies on the way. After landing, it deals area damage. If the fall attack was due to an elemental skill Quiet Buru, then a fall attack is performed instead: Midare Ranzan

Falling Attack: Midare Ranzan: fall attack damage done with elemental skill Quiet Buru, converted to Anemo damage. Also, using a secret technique, this attack creates a small air tunnel that pulls in nearby objects and enemies.

Elemental Skill – Quiet Buru

Pulls objects and enemies to Kazuhi’s current position and throws them into the air in a small radius, inflicting Anemo damage. Also, wind currents lift Kazuhu himself into the air. Falling attack with this skill turns into Midare Ranzan – the skill described above.

Kazuhi’s Eshka will also allow you to climb a rock of any height without spending too much energy. The main thing is patience and the right route.

Quick press: Allows you to attack in the air.

Long press: Charges for a while, and then deals increased Anemo damage over a larger area than a quick press.

Elemental explosion (ulta) – Kazuhi’s Strike

A single swing, like an impending storm, deals area damage to Anemo. The trail of the sword leaves behind a field of Autumn Vortex, which deals periodic Anemo damage over the area to enemies within it.

Absorption of the element (also relevant for the elemental skill): upon contact with elements Hydro, Pyro, Cryo or Electro deals additional damage with this element. For each use, the skill can only absorb one element. You will find the order of absorbing the elements further in the article.

Passive skills

  1. Flying blade – on contact with elements Hydro, Pyro, Cryo and Electro Falling Attack: Midare Ranzan skill Quiet Buru deals additional damage with the corresponding element, equal to 200% of the attack power. This damage counts as fall attack damage. At a time skill Quiet Buru can only absorb one element.
  2. Poetry of Wind Songs – By causing the Dispelling reaction, Kazuha gives the rest of the squad 0.04% additional elemental damage scattered element for each point of own mastery of the elements for 8 sec. The bonuses of different elements obtained in this way can be combined.
  3. Whisper of the wind – Reduces the stamina consumption of the active character during sprint by 20%. Does not stack with passive talents that provide exactly the same effects.

The best constellations for Kazuhi

Guide: Genshin Impact - Kazuha. Best builds, weapons, artifacts

This item is intended for those who are ready to invest money in the game in order to gain constellations from characters, but immediately note: Kazuha is an excellent unit and no constellations at all.

A very powerful Second Constellation will increase the Elemental Mastery of your entire team by 200 points. The fourth constellation will allow you to worry less about energy management and provide you with endless energy when flying on a glider.

The last constellation will further increase the value of the elemental mastery for Kazuha. It also gives an infusion of Anemo to the weapon, which can work very well with the Fischl + Xing Qiu + Bei Dou squad due to the constant Dispersion of elements with fast normal attacks (read more about this tactic in the Sucrose guide).

one. Scarlet Hills. Reduces the cooldown time of the skill Quiet Buru by 10%, also using the skill Kazuhi’s Strike completely resets its rollback time.

2. Yamaarashi wind. Autumn Vortex Field created by the skill Kazuhi’s Strike, has the following properties:

  • Increases Kazuha’s Elemental Mastery by 200
  • increases the elemental mastery of characters inside the field by 200 units;
  • the effects of increasing elemental proficiency for this constellation do not stack.

3. Maple legend. Increases skill level Quiet Buru by 3. Max. lvl .: 15.

four. Oodzora gempo. When Kazuha’s energy falls below 45, he gains the following effects:

  • fast and long skill press Quiet Buru restores 3 and 4 pts. Kazuha’s energies, respectively;
  • flying a glider restores 2 pts. Kazuha’s energy per second.

five. The wisdom of the ages. Increases skill level Kazuhi’s Strike by 3. Max. lvl .: 15.

6. Crimson leaves. Using skills Quiet Buru and Kazuhi’s Strike Infuses Kazuha’s weapon with Anemo Infusion for 5 seconds. Also, each point of Kazuhi’s elemental mastery increases by 0.2% the damage dealt by his normal attack, charged attack and attack in the fall.

How to play as Kazuhu

Guide: Genshin Impact - Kazuha. Best builds, weapons, artifacts

Kazuha is the real king of Elemental Mastery: it plays a huge role in the gameplay and efficiency of this character.

The damage from Dispelling, unlike some other reactions, depends on only three things: the level of the character, his mastery of the elements and the resistance of enemies, but does not take into account the attack or crits. Therefore, it is very important to increase Kazuha’s level to the highest possible. If most of the heroes can be kept at level 80 out of 90, then it makes sense to pump Anemo characters to the maximum: Dispelling at level 90 gives 34% more damage than Dispelling at 80.

Kazuha brings a lot of benefits in battle and by itself: due to the collection of enemies in a heap and damage from Dispel. But another of its value is in passive Poetry of Wind Songs. Thanks to her, Kazuha will give your main damage dealer more damage by absorbing the damage of the damage with his ultimate. For example, if you gain 600 units of elemental mastery for Kazuhe, the bonus to damage will be 24%. But there is an important point – there is element absorption priority Ultoy Kazuhi: Pyro, Hydro, Electro, Cryo. If two different elements “lie” on the opponents in the zone of action of the ult, for example, Pyro and Electro, then Pyro will be absorbed.

This sometimes makes it difficult to create the desired reactions, but there is two ways to dispel two elements at once (and, therefore, increase the damage to two characters in the party at once).

The first way simple: when fighting two enemies, put one status on the first, and another on the second. Then use “eshku” or ult, and Kazuha will dispel both elements at the same time (the passive is triggered by dispersal, not absorption). You can safely begin to inflict damage. In total, the dissipation of two elements gives approximately + 10-15% to your final damage compared to the same effect from Sucrose.

Second way more difficult; for example, take the group Tartaglia + Bennett + Xiang Lin + Kazuha (you can use the Gan Yu + Bennet + Kazuha + 1 variant). Tartaglia with his “eshka” imposes on the enemy the “strong” status of Hydro (“strong” is a status that is not reset by an elemental reaction). Then we immediately switch to Bennett and use the ultimate, which imposes the “weak” status of Pyro on the active hero. Next, we use Kazuha’s ult, which dispels Hydro, giving us a bonus to Hydro damage. Then Kazuhi’s ulta is saturated with Pyro, which hangs on the character after Bennett’s ulta (Pyro is always “more important”) and dispels Pyro’s status from Kazuhi himself, giving a bonus to Pyro’s damage.

After all the operations, we throw Xiang Ling’s ult and start damaging with Tartaglia in the melee stance. As a result, we get a bonus to elemental damage from Kazuhi’s elemental mastery for a while, a sea of damage thanks to the Dispelling of Elements, and the set Emerald shadow on Kazuha will also reduce the resistance of enemies to both elements. And as Tartaglia continues to damage the battlefield and update Hydro’s status, the bonus to elemental damage will be updated with Kazuhi’s ultimate.

Best weapon for Kazuhi

Guide: Genshin Impact - Kazuha. Best builds, weapons, artifacts

Novice owners of Kazuhi are advised to pay attention to the blade Harbinger of Dawn – a three-star sword with good crit stats. And everyone else …

Five Star Swords

The oath of freedom the sword for elemental mastery, released in patch 1.6. Kazuha will come in handy if you make him a main damage dealer or a sub-damage dealer. Increases damage done by up to 20%. Once every half second, calling an elemental reaction is granted by a Talisman; when two talismans are accumulated, the damage of all members of the squad from normal, charged attacks and attacks in the fall increases to 32%, and the attack power – up to 40% for 12 seconds. After that, talismans do not appear on the battlefield for 20 seconds. Attention! The Millennium Symphony effect does not stack with other effects that affect the same skills.

Heavenly Sword this sword is simply designed to solve the problem of energy recovery. More often, Kazuha’s ultimate – more damage, more Dispersions, more buffs for the team. Passive for crit chance, running and attack speed and additional damage from charged and normal attacks. All effects last 12 seconds.

Four Star Swords

Steel sting – budgetary and one of the most useful “purple” swords, crafted by a blacksmith. Not the biggest basic attack, but the mastery of the elements and the passive for increasing damage after each hit with an element (in our case Anemo) fully compensates for this.

A flash in the dark – a decent sword with elemental mastery from the weapon banner. The basic attack is much higher than that of the previous one, but the bonus to the mastery of the elements is much lower, and for Kazuhi it is perhaps even more important than the attack. Also, the amplification of the character’s damage from the passive disappears when receiving damage for 5 seconds.

Ceremonial sword – a sword from a gacha (falls on all banners); will almost completely solve the issue of energy recovery due to the main characteristics. Passive regularly gives an opportunity to roll back “Yeshka”, which is also very useful.

Black sword – a good sword from the battle pass for Kazuha as a damage dealer. Gives + 27.6% chance of crit, passive increases damage from normal and charged attacks, and critical hits with this sword also heal by a certain percentage of attack power; recharge 5 seconds.

Dragon roar – a sword for those who like to recruit a group of heroes with one element. In this case – Pyro or Electro, because the damage to enemies under the influence of these elements will be increased. The main characteristic is attack power, so do not forget to look for all useful stats in the secondary properties of artifacts.

The best artifacts for Kazuhi

Guide: Genshin Impact - Kazuha. Best builds, weapons, artifacts

The best set of artifacts for Kazuha – Emerald shadow… It will add + 15% to Anemo damage, increase the damage of Dispel by as much as 60%, and reduce the enemy’s resistance to the dispelled element by 40% for 10 seconds.

There is an option to combine the two parts Emerald Shadow with two parts Wandering ensemble (+80 mastery of the elements). Or Gladiator (+ 18% attack) if you are collecting damage and you lack good chunks Emerald Shadow

We collect the main artifacts for the mastery of the elements; if there are no suitable alternatives, see the list below.

  • Clock on elemental mastery /% attack / energy recovery, if it is lacking.
  • Cup Elemental Mastery / Anemo Damage Bonus.
  • Cap on mastery of elements /% attack / crit. chance or crit. damage. It is advisable to keep the crit balance. chance and crit. damage 1: 2, that is, for 50% crit we want to collect 100% crit. damage. But let us remind you once again: if your Kazuha deals most of the damage with skills and ult with the absorption of elements (i.e., Dispelling), the indicators of attack and crit are almost useless for him.

Top bonus stats, in order of priority:

  1. mastery of the elements;
  2. energy recovery;
  3. % attack / crit. chance / crit. damage.

Best companions for Kazuhi

When adding Kazuhu to the team, immediately ask yourself the question: “How can I dispel two elements at once?” Based on your answer to it, build your group. Kazuha is essentially a plug-and-play character: suitable for most teams.

But at the same time, it will not completely replace Venti and Sucrose in the groups sharpened for them. For example, Gan Yu + Mona will never play with Kazuha as well as Venti. The same goes for the Hu Tao + Xing Qiu + Sucrose group. And as a battery for Xiao Sucrose is much better than Kazuha.

However, Kazuha brings unique (and fun) gameplay to the game and opens up ways to create new parties, rather than replacing one character or another. However, he is able to take the place of Sucrose or Venti in some groups in the Twisted Abyss.

  • Bennet – will increase your attack with an ult, if necessary, create a spontaneous resonance with the Pyro-Damager, give bonus + 20% attack power from the Ceremony of Ancient Nobility set and heal at the same time. Also, if you happen to have a C6 Bennett, he will turn Kazuha into a killing machine with his Pyro infusion for weapons. But remember that the sixth step of the Bennett constellation is irreversible (at least not yet). We highly do not recommend pumping it “just like that”, because it can destroy many groups with Bennett as a support.
  • Tartaglia + Bennett + Xiang Lin. Those we talked about above. Kazuha can increase damage and cut resistances for both elements, which negatively affects the health of your enemies.
  • Gan Yu + Bennet + 1… This command was also discussed above: the same double buff and element debuff.
  • Fischl + Bay Doe. Frequent overlay of Electro status. A lot of damage regardless of other group members. Fischl constantly charges Bay Doe’s ult.
  • Dilyuk / Xiang Ling / Kli… Basic Pyro damage for Kazuha. And in the case of Kli, Kazuha also pulls together enemies and her bombs.
  • Zhong Li… Welcome guest in any group. Powerful shield, destructive ult, additional reduction in enemy resistance.
