Doom Eternal Says More Updates Later This Year

Executive Producer Marty Stratton and Development Lead Hugo Martin said there are even more updates for Doom eternal coming out later this year.

In October last year, the first part of the story expansion was released. The ancient gods… The second part came out last week. Hugo Martin noted that both DLCs were made completely while the team was working from home, and also called the additions one of the best works. id Software

Despite the fact that the authors call the second part of The Ancient Gods the epic completion of the Doomsler story arc, which began in DOOM 2016, Hugo Martin previously stated that there are many more stories to be told about Doomsleer.
Perhaps one of the upcoming innovations for Doom Eternal will be the “Invasion” mode, which will allow you to join someone else’s game as a demon. Initially, it was planned to add it at release, but later the mode was postponed indefinitely. As a result, it has not come out until now.
