“As far as I know, the new Silent Hill continues to be created in Japan, so don’t worry,” wrote Dusk Golem.
“The game exists, they continue to work on it. It will simply be shown later than originally planned,” added KatharsisT.
Initially, the game was expected to be shown at the June presentation of the PlayStation 5, but as journalists and insiders later explained, Sony changed the show program several times and decided to leave some important announcements for later.
According to rumors, the new part of Silent Hill is being developed in the bowels of the Japanese studio SIE Japan Studio under the leadership of the creators of the franchise.. Music is written by composer Akira Yamaoka. The game supposedly should go on sale in 2023.
