According to the actor, he said from the doorway that he wanted to try himself in this role, which is why everyone was somewhat taken aback. The actor was informed that Warner is not even looking for an actor for this part yet, to which Batista replied: “It doesn’t matter, I’ll play him anyway.”
Later he addedthat representatives of the studio laughed at the whole event, but did not put forward any proposals, ending the meeting. Batista himself is not upset by the situation, since at least he tried to seriously address this issue.
In addition, the artist noticed that completely different paths led him to some goals – it is possible that his dream will one day really come true. In theory, the same Bane may appear in potential sequels of the new “Batman” Matt Reeves.
