Within the panel on AnimeJapan 2023 the first poster of the upcoming anime series was presented “Yasuke“, which will be one of 40 planned streaming services Netflix animation projects for 2023, which is almost double the number released last year.
In the center of the plot of the animated series is the first black samurai named Yasuke, who had his own real prototype. At the same time, the show will show viewers Japan in an alternative reality, where magic, battle mechs and formidable military leaders exist. According to the description, the main character is tasked with escorting a mysterious girl to safety, but Yasuke will face many difficulties on the way to accomplishing this task.
Anime is created at the production facilities of a Japanese studio MAPPA, responsible for the final season of Attack on Titan.
