CD Projekt announced the acquisition of a Canadian studio Digital scapes, which will become the first full-fledged division of the studio outside Poland.
The company will be renamed to CD Projekt RED Vancouver…
Digital Scapes has worked with CD Projekt RED for about two years, including taking an active part in the work on Cyberpunk 2077. Now the Canadian studio will become the foundation for the formation of a full-fledged CD Projekt office in Canada.
In the near future, CDPR Vancouver will join the creation of projects on which the divisions in Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw are currently working.
During its existence, Digital Scapes has worked with Relic (Company of Heroes and Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War), Techland (Dying Light) and Radical Entertainment (Prototype).
