Last year, Nintendo partially relocated Switch production from China to Vietnam. According to Bloomberg sources, consoles at the Vietnamese plant are assembled mainly for the US market. However, the problem is that many important Switch components are still being created in China, where the plants are currently standing, so the assembly line in Vietnam cannot function normally.

Nintendo ships the finished Switch shipments to the US and Europe by water, and they get to their destination for quite some time. In February and March, new Switch runs will arrive in Western markets since they were shipped a long time ago, but the April delivery, which was supposed to begin to be collected next month, may turn out to be very small or it will be canceled altogether, informants say.

As of December 31, 2019, Nintendo sold 52.48 million Switch consoles.

In March, the company will release a game. Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which is expected to become one of the key systems of hybrid platform platforms. However, due to the coronavirus, the collection of pre-orders for the limited-edition Switch model in the symbolism of a future hit in Japan never opened.
