It turns out the artist is original BioShock Robb Waters once drew Big Daddy without a mask, but his drawing was not used in the game, leaving the image mysterious.
The drawing itself is not new, but on it noticed journalist Andy Kelly – after that, the illustration scattered across the network and became public. Although even a cursory search can find this picture along with other concepts of the inhabitant of Rapture.
