Company Cloud Imperium Games announced that in space simulator Star citizen the first online dynamic event has started. For the first time in the history of the game, all server players can unite and fight back the terrorists from XenoThreat.
Event Assault on stanton will take place in several phases. At the start, the pilots learn that terrorists have attacked a corporate convoy and executed its crew. The XenoThreat squads were also seen in the periphery.
To combat the threat, civil defense units have been created, which anyone can join. The squads of pilots fight back the terrorist forces as soon as they approach the capital. In addition, pilots are assigned missions to collect supplies from destroyed convoys and deliver them to the station.
Developers cannot say for sure how long a dynamic event will last. This will depend on various factors, primarily the activity of the players. Presumably, the war on terrorism will end in a few days.
