Studio Blizzard reported that the release of the add-on that will add to the main server shooter Overwatch new character, will be held on April 14. It’s about AI “Echo“that developers have teasered since 2018.
According to Laura, Echo was developed by a doctor Mino Liao, which before created the omniks. The “ultimate” AI will be the ability to temporarily copy the skills of an enemy hero. In this case, the rate of accumulation of the charge of the “ult” of the copied character will be accelerated.
Blizzard is also currently creating Overwatch 2on which the main forces are thrown. Before that, the studio talked about the fact that before the release of the sequel in the first part at least one character will appear. They became Echo.
