In a recent episode of the Defining Duke podcast, youtuber and insider Jeremy Penter, also known as ACG, noted that Microsoft is trying to grab a major 2023 exclusive by buying its developer / publisher… He didn’t go into details, but today Nick Bakeraka Shpeshal Ed, stated that ACG was most likely talking about Techland.
Since some of Baker’s early insights were confirmed, many thought that in this case, the information could also be true, but this turned out to be not the case.
The first rumors about a possible deal between Techland and Microsoft began at the end of 2019, when it became known that the company was interested in expanding.
