Sony released a disassembly video today Playstation 5, where, among other things, she showed the process of installing the stand for the vertical position of the console. It turned out that this case requires several manipulations.:
- Unscrew the screw that secures the base to the console in a horizontal position;
- Remove the screw in the special groove in the stand and install the plug covering the hole when the console is lying down;
- Rotate the part of the stand with external fasteners until it clicks and insert it into the marked groove on the bottom panel of the case.

It seems to be nothing complicated, but Microsoft has a cubic design Xbox series x the set-top box does not require an additional stand. With this fact, the company decided to trick its competitor by posting on Twitter “instructions” on how to move the console from horizontal to vertical position… To do this, you need to do only one action: put the console on its side.

Previously Microsoft similarly made fun of Sony for lack of own analogue Smart Delivery, which is why some games will not have cross-saves when updated on PlayStation 5, and the upgrade process itself, as in the case of a remaster Spider-man, sometimes implemented in a rather sophisticated form.
Microsoft thus, apparently, continues to take revenge on Sony for a similar prick in 2013, when the Japanese made fun of the failed policy of a competitor, releasing a “guide” on easy disk exchange.
