Essentially before publishing the preview Playstation 5 from Japanese bloggers, a video showing the console’s start screen and several “live” photos of the device appeared on the Internet.
It looks like the content was leaked by a Russian user. This is indicated by the localized interface and voice-overs in Russian. The video shows someone launching the console with a DualSense controller, after which a white PlayStation logo appears on a black background on the monitor. The standard epilepsy warning follows and the user selection screen appears.
It is not yet known whether this is a fake or not, since some were embarrassed by a black gamepad with white buttons, however, DualSense in this color is already seen in August in photographs from one of the factories in China. In addition, the opening animation looks convincing enough and is similar to the one that Sony teased during the June launch of the PlayStatin 5.

The leak came from a member of the PS5 subreddit who claimed to have a console. In the same place, in the comments, the drainer stated that the usable space of the internal SSD on the PS5 allegedly amounts to 625 GB out of the claimed 825 GB, but later the post and account were deleted, and the comments were erased by moderation – initially the user posted only photos, after which he began to ask for 100 euros for the publication a video with a user interface that violates forum rules. At the same time, the requested amount was transferred to him, judging by the availability of the record on the network.
