The reason for the lawsuit was a screenshot from the game, which shows a girl created in the image of Selena Gomez from her photo shoot for the magazine Flare magazine for November 2015.
“The defendants never asked, consulted, or informed Gomez about using any of her advertising rights in connection with the game,” the statement said.
Clothes Forever – Styling Game is a casual celebrity shopping game. In the project description in App store states that users will “Interact with the most beautiful models and celebrities”including Kardashian, Gigi, Beyonce and Taylor.
