Microsoft has announced an updated version of State of Decay 2 with many improvements, dated release on Steam

Company Microsoft and studio Undead labs announced the re-release of Survival Action State of Decay 2 subtitled Juggernaut edition. The developers themselves call it a “radically redesigned version” of the original game with a ton of new content and improvements..

IN State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition developers introduced a wide range of graphic enhancements, expanded the soundtrack with several hours of new songs and added a new map with the open world of Providence Ridge. Other innovations will be a two-handed heavy weapon, new combat techniques for smashing zombie heads, as well as a new introduction and improved management, which will help players to quickly get used to the post-apocalyptic world.

The new edition of State of Decay 2 will also offer all the contents of the regular version and three packages of additions to it, including the extension Heartland, offering a voluminous story campaign with new dangers, recruitment Daybreak, checking the coherence of the team in the style of “stray from the pack,” and a set Independence with holiday fireworks, from which zombies fly to pieces.

The authors note that if you already have the Daybreak, Heartland add-ons or you are the owner of the ultimate edition of State of Decay 2, then you will receive exclusive in-game gifts. To get them you will need to go into the project March 13thwhen the Juggernaut Edition will be released. On this day, State of Decay 2 first appears in Steam with support for cross-platform features, and all current players will be able to upgrade to a full edition for free.
