We first met Austin in a mobile game Gardenscapeswhich came out in 2016. A year later, a spin-off was released to her Homescapes… Both games have become incredibly popular and continue to be updated and expanded.
The Butler is the main narrator and main driving force in the series: he tirelessly invents new alterations and improvements for the garden and mansion. And we get funds for all his ideas by going through the “three in a row” levels.
Zemfira herself admitted that she regularly plays various simple and calming games. But Austin’s story and personality stand out from the general scheme of “maximally benign” toys.
He really annoys me with his sterility, orderliness, with his whole being, but he is an indispensable character in my life, and I constantly return to him.
