“X Hour” for Cyberpunk 2077 Developers: US Court To Consider Claims Against CD Projekt RED Soon

Four statements of claim against CD Projekt against the background of a problematic launch of a role-playing game Cyberpunk 2077, as early as next month will be considered by one of the courts in the United States. The information was confirmed during a recent meeting with investors by the Chief Financial Officer of a Polish company Peter Nelyubovich

According to current data, all four independent lawsuits against CD Projekt were combined into one document, which is filed on behalf of the collectively selected plaintiff and the law firm.

To date, lawyers CD Projekt are in no hurry to make any predictions about the upcoming litigation. In December last year, representatives of the company assured the public that they would responsibly defend their position, actively opposing any accusations.
