Windows 10X will not slow down over time – review

Microsoft will not release a tablet this year Surface neo with two screens and running Windows 10X. The reason for this is problems with Win32 container emulation. The company also does not plan to provide a modular “top ten” to equipment manufacturers.

Instead, Redmond will focus on testing versions for classic laptops and 2-in-1 systems, reports Windows Latest.

According to the source, the new operating system should be free from problems of existing versions. In particular, performance degradation for Windows 10X over time will no longer be relevant.

The bottom line is that this OS will run all programs in isolated containers, which will allow them to control their security, as well as abandon antiviruses and other systems to monitor the “behavior” of applications.

It is still difficult to say how this will actually work, therefore it is difficult to draw conclusions. It remains to wait for the release version.
