Wastelanders will be released on April 7, then Fallout 76 will be released on Steam – review

Bethesdaas promised, released a new trailer for a major update Wastelanders to Fallout 76, which acquired a release date – April 7th. It will be free for all Fallout 76 owners.

On the same day, the game will appear in Steam in two editions: Fallout 76: Wastelanders and Fallout 76: Wastelanders Deluxe Edition.

Those who have already bought the game in the Bethesda store, apparently, will not be able to transfer their progress to Steam. Steam will also not be available on Steam paid Fallout 1st subscription and purchased atoms. But characters from both versions will be able to use purchases from the Atomic Shop.

The Wastelanders were originally set to release in 2019. However, Bethesda then postponed its release indefinitely, deciding to first test the add-on. This is the first time that players have been involved in checking for future updates on a test server.

With the release of Wastelanders, players will be able to go through an updated main storyline campaign in which those who left their shelters earlier managed to explore the world and return to Appalachia. And we have to earn the respect of two main factions: Raiders and Settlers.

Two paid theme sets were prepared for the release of the add-on.
