Veni, vidi, vici: SEGA announced Rome: Total War remaster

Company SEGA officially announced that the studios Creative assembly and Feral Interactive working on a remaster of the cult game Rome: Total War… This is the first time in the history of the franchise.

The original strategy was released in 2004 on PC, much later it was ported to mobile devices. The game boasted advanced graphics for those times and a lot of features. She was also loved by enthusiasts who released a huge number of mods.

In 2013, the release took place Total War: Rome II… Despite the ambitions of the developers, the reaction of the audience to the sequel was mixed. The release version was literally drowning in bugs and brakes, and fans scolded the developers for a number of controversial decisions.

For the development Total War: ROME REMASTERED in charge of Feral Interactive. This is just a remaster, but the studio promises to tighten up the graphics (textures, special effects models), optimize the interface for 4K, improve the camera and add new gameplay features.

The release of the strategy will take place on April 29. IN Steam you can already pre-order for 1,725 ​​rubles.
