VeloCity Author Raises Money for Distortion VR Cyberpunk Shooter – review Addiction

OutSource musician, composer and producer Jerry Fletcher has recently tried his hand at making games. His debut project VeloCity was released in 2016 on iOS and Android, and now the musician has swung into a cyberpunk adventure.
On the Kickstarter the shooter campaign has started Distortion VR… The game takes place in the future, in a cyberpunk metropolis. Its citizens are so controlled from birth through implants that it is difficult to even say for sure whether what they see is real.

Players will have to reveal the corporate secrets of the Thought program in virtual reality and destroy its network. This will be helped by a set of weapons, from ordinary to fantastic, as well as a number of key characters that you have to meet.

To work on the game, Fletcher brought in the composer and sound designer Leon Switch, whose tracks can be heard in the film “Elysium“With Matt Damon. For the duo to succeed, they need to raise $ 10,000. And there are still 29 days for that.
