The authors note that the remake will be a seasonal game, so it will receive official seasonal campaigns and a daily selection of tracks. The developers also intend to regularly release updates for Trackmania with new seasonal blocks and features.
In addition, the authors will give players new opportunities to create their own tracks. Gamers are waiting for new physical surfaces, new special blocks that can change the behavior of machines, and blocks with special effects for those who like to share their creations on the network.
Finally, the developers want to make the e-sports component of Trackmania available to everyone. To do this, the game will have daily and weekly cups, leaderboards for seasonal campaigns, as well as open international league tournaments twice a year.
A remake of Trackmania Nations will be released May 5 only on PC.
