Too Much Tin: Japanese Version of Resident Evil Village Will Be Less Bloody

Games series Resident evil Traditionally released in Japan in two flavors, censored and uncensored, the upcoming Village is no exception.

On the official Japanese website Capcom there was information that Resident Evil: Village will receive a censored version with a rating for the local market CERO D (17+) and the so-called Z-rated version CERO Z (18+).

The difference between them is not indicated, however, it is noted that even Z Version will differ from the western one with some difference in content… It’s about no decapitation and less blood. Also for Japan, some of the expressions of the heroes will be changed, since some of them fall under the prohibited CEROs.

Resident Evil: Village will be released 7th May… AMD recently showed the first frames of the PC version with ray tracing.
