Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 remaster will be released on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch

Activision announced that a remake of the famous skateboarding simulator Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 Coming soon to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series. This release is scheduled for March 26th.

And before the end of the year, the game will appear on the Nintendo Switch.

For PS5 and Xbox Series X, a number of graphical improvements will be added to the game and will introduce two modes: 1080p at 120 frames per second or 4K at 60 FPS. The textures of the models will be tightened, the sound effects will improve and refresh also the dynamic shadows, reflections and lens flares.

Those who have already purchased the extended version on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be able to upgrade to the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series version for free on March 26. But for the regular version, the update will be available for a fee.

The new generation version includes all updates, including the secret Ripper skater, retro skins for Tony Hawke, Steve Caballero and Rodney Mullen, and retro gear for Create-A-Skater.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (only in the store Epic Games). Pre-orders for the new consoles kick off today.
